Covid 19 Rules

Please note that we follow a strict COVID protocol and that only applicants with a confirmed appointment will be given access to the visa application center 10 minutes before their appointment time.

You can submit your application three months to two weeks prior to your departure date for long stay visa and 6 months to two weeks to your departure date for a short stay visa. Please make sure you allow enough time before your departure date to schedule an appointment at CAPAGO and to lodge your visa application.

Data Privacy Notice

You are about to book an appointment and provide us with some personal data. Capago handles your personal data in full respect of the applicable laws and especially according to the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") approved by the EU Parliament and applicable since 25th of May 2018.

Since we store your data in data centres located within the European Union, you have the right under the "GDPR", to request rectification, erasure, portability and access to your personal data from us.

Requirements

• You understand and accept our data privacy policy
• You are eligible to apply for a French Schengen Visa from Sierra Leone (you reside in Sierra Leone)
• Your passport is valid for at least 3 months after the date of return from your trip
• You have 2 blank pages marked VISA in your passport
• You confirm that you do not have any visa that is covering the planned trip
